B426m Troubleshooting

We’ve had several calls recently regarding the B426m IP Modules not connecting to the cloud.

After some testing and discussions with BOSCH we have found the following needs to be confirmed if you are experiencing connection issues:

  1. Enable B426m in programming.
    1. Enable the IP module in Programming LOC 81 = 3
    2. Enable cloud connection LOC 4456 = 4
  1. If RSC+ App is not connecting, try the following:
    1. Confirm UPNP is enabled in the Router/Modem (or port forward Port 7700)
    2. If an older panel update to the firmware – https://csproducts.co.nz/docs-single/solution-2000-3000-firmware/
    3. Enable IPV6 using A-Link – https://csproducts.co.nz/docs-single/a-link-software/
    4. Set the panel DNS to Google:
      1. 2001:4860:4860::8888
      1. 2001:4860:4860::8844
